2nd Blog/Empathy map

During the interview process, it was discovered that many respondents had trouble with communication and location, particularly when it came to finding classrooms on different departments. To address this problem, we came up with the idea of creating a mobile application that would help first-year students who are not familiar with the campus map, as well as students who have to change classrooms located in different departments.
The proposed app would have the ability to locate classrooms on different departments, making it easier for students to navigate the campus and find their classes without getting lost or being late. This would be especially helpful for students who are new to the campus and may be struggling to find their way around.
Overall, the app would serve as a tool to help students communicate better and navigate the campus more efficiently, which could ultimately lead to a better academic experience. The app also has the option to contact the respective departments inside the university if the students have concerns or requests on the said departments.
We presented this to the office of the president and the staff there surprisingly liked our idea, we thought that they would try to oppose our project and turn it down as they are very strict when it comes to rules and policies in the system of the campus, they then advised us to consult the DTO on what should we apply on the app for better security and to avoid any data leaks and security breaches.
In conclusion we interviewed a significant amount of people that helped us in creating an idea and how to implement it.
