  2nd Blog/Empathy map During the interview process, it was discovered that many respondents had trouble with communication and location, particularly when it came to finding classrooms on different departments. To address this problem, we came up with the idea of creating a mobile application that would help first-year students who are not familiar with the campus map, as well as students who have to change classrooms located in different departments.   The proposed app would have the ability to locate classrooms on different departments, making it easier for students to navigate the campus and find their classes without getting lost or being late. This would be especially helpful for students who are new to the campus and may be struggling to find their way around.   Overall, the app would serve as a tool to help students communicate better and navigate the campus more efficiently, which could ultimately lead to a better academic experience.
